Curry Strategic Solutions is a coaching and consulting business founded by Jess and Dwayne Curry. We empower individuals, families, and businesses to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our approach is practical, faith-driven, and results-oriented, meeting people where they are and helping them thrive in every season of life.

I believe leadership starts with how we show up at work, at home, and in our relationships. Leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about influence, and influence happens in every interaction. I help professionals and parents tap into that influence, show up intentionally, and lead in ways that align with their values and goals.
As a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP), I partner with individuals and organizations through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group coaching experiences that help people strengthen their leadership and thrive professionally and personally without burning out.
As a parent in a blended family of five children, I understand the importance of work-life balance and aim to help people thrive in ways that are most meaningful to them.

My coaching focuses on real, lasting growth, whether you’re redefining your goals, navigating family transitions, or stepping boldly into your next chapter. With a blend of empathy, strategy, and lived experience as a mother, wife, and entrepreneur, I guide clients toward alignment and fulfillment.
At the heart of my coaching is my faith. I believe that when we invite God into our growth, clarity and confidence naturally follow. My mission is to help you live intentionally, lead with faith, and embrace the future God has prepared for you.
